Big Yellow Group plc (the 'Company') announces that it was informed yesterday that Adrian Lee, a director, has sold 123,462 shares at an average price of 196 pence per share. 

This reduces Mr Lee's beneficial holding to 889,187 shares representing 0.77% of the issued share capital of the Company.
