Total Voting Rights   

In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's ("FCA's") Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R, BHP Group Limited ("BHP") notifies the market that as at 28 August 2026, BHP's issued share capital consists of 5,084,182,410 ordinary shares with voting rights. There are no ordinary shares held in Treasury.

The above figure represents the total number of voting rights in BHP and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, BHP under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
