Director Retirement
Bezant Resources plc ("Bezant" or the "Company"), the exploration and development company with projects located in Namibia, Botswana and Zambia wishes to advise that Edward (Ed) Slowey has, as a result of his retirement, resigned as a director of the Company and its subsidiaries with effect from 31 July 2026.
Ed is retiring as the Hope and Gorob project is transitioning from development to mining operations and the Board would like to thank Ed for his work on the Hope and Gorob project during the confirmatory and pre-development phase. We are pleased that Ed has agreed to continue to be available to consult on an as-needed basis in relation to the company's Kanye manganese project in Botswana. Last but not least we wish Ed and his family all the best for a long and happy retirement.
