The Company announces that during the period from 11 May 2026 to 18 May 2026 ("the Disclosure Period"), it purchased for cancellation the following number of its ordinary shares of 5.6110477936 pence each ("Shares") through Barclays Bank plc ("Barclays"), in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 5 September 2025. All Shares were purchased from Barclays as an "on exchange" transaction subject to the rules of the London Stock Exchange ("LSE").
