On 21 August 2009, Berkeley Resources Limited ('Berkeley' or 'the Company') was notified via the filing of a Form 604 with ASX that Anglo Pacific Group plc had a registered shareholding as at 20 August 2009 of 16,368,273 shares in the Company representing 13.26 per cent of the issued share capital.

Berkeley was also notified via the filing of a Form 604 with ASX that Dundee Corporation and each of its associates had a registered shareholding as at 31 July 2009 of 14,341,701 shares in the Company representing 11.62 per cent of the issued share capital.
