Ceasing to be a Substantial Holder

Berkeley Energia Limited (Berkeley or Company) advises that it was notified today, via the filing of a Form 605 with the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX), that Sprott Inc. and each of its controlled bodies (Sprott) have ceased to be a substantial holder (as defined by the Corporations Act 2001) of the Company as of 15 April 2026.

Sprott's holding in the Company has decreased from 37,793,571 ordinary shares, representing 8.48% of the Company's issued share capital, to 18,656,020 ordinary shares, representing 4.18% of the Company's issued share capital, following on market trades undertaken between 26 August 2025 and 14 April 2026.
