OR CONNECTED PERSONS ("PCA")

The Company was notified on 23 April 2026 that Joanne Scougall, a PCA of Simon Scougall, Chief Commercial Officer of the Company, transferred certain ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") already owned by her into her ISA and that of Simon Scougall.  Technically, this comprised a sale and purchase of Ordinary Shares as follows:

§ Joanne Scougall sold 2,024 Ordinary Shares from a personal non-ISA account on the 22 April 2026 and purchased 997 Ordinary Shares into an ISA on the 23 April 2026, at price of £19.94 per share.

§ Simon Scougall purchased 996 Ordinary Shares into an ISA on the 23 April 2026, at price £19.92 per share.
