DIRECTOR'S SHAREHOLDING



The Company was informed on Friday 6 October,  that Mr R G McInnes, Chief
Financial Officer, has transferred, by way of gifts, a total of 666,672 shares
to his wife Mrs M A McInnes and a total of 120,640 shares to his adult daughters
Ellen and Laura McInnes, he has also transferred 46,032 shares to his SIPP.  Mrs
M A McInnes has also transferred a total of 50,000 shares to her adult daughters
Ellen and Laura McInnes.

Following these transfers Mr McInnes is deemed to have a beneficial interest in
a total of 837,704 shares, of which 666,672 are held by Mrs M A McInnes and the
remainder of 171,032 are held in his SIPP.  Mr McInnes's holding represents
1.12% of the total shares in issue which are currently 74,878,728 Ordinary
Shares of 5p.
