The presentation will provide shareholders with an update on the proposed Acquisition of a significant interest in LNEnergy and the associated Fundraise, as described in the Company's Admission Document dated 17 February 2026.
The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 10:00 GMT on 18 March 2026, or at any time during the live presentation.
