TIDEWAY NAMES NEW CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

 

 

Tideway, the company behind London's super sewer, announces that Andy Mitchell CBE has stepped down from his role as Chief Executive Officer with effect from 1 May 2026, after more than a decade leading the organisation.

Following the announcement made in Tideway's interim results published in September 2025, the Board confirms that Matt Parr has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer and assumed the role on 1 May 2026.

Matt has been involved in the Tideway project since 2011 and most recently served as Deputy Chief Executive. He is now leading the organisation with a focus on safe, reliable operation and the final stages of commissioning, supported by a renewed leadership team.
