Transactions in own shares
The Company announces that, as part of its £50 million share repurchase programme announced on 5 January 2026 (the "Programme"), any further repurchases of its ordinary shares pursuant to the Programme are expected to be announced on a weekly basis and in any event will be announced no later than the end of the seventh trading day following the date of the repurchase (in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation (596/2014) (as in force in the UK and as amended by the Market Abuse (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019), the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 (as in force in the UK and as amended by the FCA's Technical Standards (Market Abuse Regulation) (EU Exit) Instrument 2019) and UK Listing Rule 9 (as amended by the UK Listing Rules (Notification of Purchases) Instrument dated 27 February 2026).
Barratt Redrow plc, ISIN: GB0000811801 (the "Company", "Barratt Redrow") announces that on 06 March 2026 it purchased for cancellation the following number of ordinary shares of 10 pence each from UBS AG London Branch ("UBS") as part of its £50 million share repurchase programme announced on 5 January 2026 (the "Programme"). All shares were purchased from UBS as an "on exchange" transaction subject to the rules of the London Stock Exchange.

To date, Barratt Redrow has purchased 6,350,000 ordinary shares in aggregate for cancellation from UBS in accordance with the Programme. Following the above purchases and cancellation of the ordinary shares, the Company holds no ordinary shares in treasury and has 1,420,276,582 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares). The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 1,420,276,582.
