Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Following the release on 31 March 2026 of the Company's financial results for the year ended 31 January 2026, the Company announces it has today published its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 January 2026 (the "Annual Report and Accounts").

The Annual Report and Accounts contains the notice convening the Company's one hundred and twenty-second annual general meeting (the "AGM") (the "Notice of AGM"). The AGM will be held at the offices of Shepherd and Wedderburn LLP, 1 West Regent Street, Glasgow G2 1RW on Friday 22 May 2026 at 12.00 p.m.

A copy of the Annual Report and Accounts, including the Notice of AGM and form of proxy for use at the AGM are available to view on the Company's website: www.agbarr.co.uk

In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.1R, a copy of the Annual Report and Accounts will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism

In accordance with DTR 6.3.5(1A), the regulated information required under DTR 6.3.5 is available in unedited full text within the Annual Report and Accounts as uploaded and available on the National Storage Mechanism and on the Company's website as noted above.
