The Company announces that on 16 February 2026 it made a market purchase of 9,070,821 of its own Ordinary shares of 10p each, at a price of 50.69 pence per share and the Company intends to hold these shares in treasury.

As a result of the above transaction the Ordinary shares in issue, shares held in treasury, and the Total Voting Rights of the Company are now as follows:
