As at the close of business on 30 November 2025, the Company had 480,569,282 Ordinary shares in issue, of which 53,541,671 were held in Treasury. Therefore, the total voting rights in the Company was 427,027,611.

The above figure (427,027,611) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
