The Company announces that on 24 June 2026 it made a market purchase of 6,671,086 of its own Ordinary shares of 10p each, at a price of 47.45 pence per share and the Company intends to hold these shares in treasury.

 

As a result of the above transaction the Ordinary shares in issue, shares held in treasury, and the Total Voting Rights of the Company are now as follows:
