In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R the Company would like to notify the market of the following:

As at the close of business on 28 February 2026, the Company had 483,334,405 Ordinary shares in issue, of which 64,222,241 were held in Treasury. Therefore, the total voting rights in the Company was 419,112,164.

The above figure (419,112,164) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
