Bank of Ireland Group plc ("BOIG") today announces that in the period 27 July 2026 to 31 July 2026 it purchased the following number of its ordinary shares (the "shares") on Euronext Dublin, from BOIG's broker, J&E Davy ("Davy"). The shares purchased will be cancelled.
