Bank of Ireland Group plc ("BOIG") today announces that in the period 29 June 2026 to 3 July 2026 it purchased the following number of its ordinary shares (the "shares") on Euronext Dublin, from BOIG's broker, J&E Davy ("Davy"). The shares purchased will be cancelled.
