Cambridge, UK, 13 July 2026 - Bango (AIM: BGO), has been notified that, on 10 July 2026, Matthew Wilson, Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director of Bango, purchased 6,438 ordinary shares of 20p each in the capital of Bango ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 71.5 pence per Ordinary Share. On the same date, Duncan Magrath, Non-Executive Director of Bango, purchased 25,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 71.6 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Purchases"). 

Following the Purchases, Mr Wilson has a beneficial interest, directly and indirectly, in 34,283 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.04% of Bango's total issued share capital. Mr Magrath has a beneficial interest, directly and indirectly, in 25,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.03%, of Bango's total issued share capital.
