The total number of shares in issue on 21 September 2026, the deadline for casting votes by proxy in advance of the AGM, was 417,978,278 shares. 69.20% of voting capital, including votes withheld, was instructed in respect of the resolutions put to the AGM. As previously announced on 22 April 2026, Simonas Orkinas did not stand for re-election at the AGM and has therefore stepped down from the Board with effect from the conclusion of the AGM. The Board would like to thank Simonas for his valuable contribution to the Company during his tenure as a Director. Following Simonas' departure, the Board comprises six Independent Non-Executive Directors, two Executive Directors and the Non-Executive Chair.
