Board change

Baltic Classifieds Group PLC, (LSE: BCG), the leading online classifieds group in the Baltics, announces that Simonas Orkinas has informed the Board of his intention to retire from his position as Chief Operating Officer of the Company and not to stand for re-election at the next Annual General Meeting.

Artūras Mizeras, currently Development Director, will assume the role of Chief Operating Officer upon Simonas's departure. Artūras joined Baltic Classifieds Group ("BCG") 15 years ago when BCG acquired his business. He has led several of our most successful businesses, including our Auto, Generalist and Real Estate portals.

Simonas will remain with the Company for up to six months to ensure a smooth and orderly transition. Simonas will not stand for re-election at the next Company's Annual General Meeting in September 2026. He will not receive further awards under the Company's Performance Share Plan. Awards vesting during his remaining employment period will be paid as per the terms of those awards, with all other outstanding awards lapsing. There will be no payments of salary or any additional compensation payable post-employment other than as might be required under Lithuanian employment law.

This announcement is made pursuant to Listing Rules 6.4.6R. It also contains information that qualifies or may qualify as inside information within the meaning of Article 7 of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 as it forms part of English law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
