Notification of Transactions by PDMRs

Grant of awards under the Company's Performance Share Plan

On 30 July 2026, the Company's 2 Executive Directors and PDMR/Development Director were granted awards over ordinary shares in the Company under the Baltic Classifieds Group PLC Performance Share Plan (the "PSP") as noted below:

The awards were granted in the form of options with a per share exercise price equal to the nominal value of a share.

Subject to the terms of the PSP, the awards will ordinarily vest and become exercisable on the third anniversary of grant of the award. The vesting of the awards is subject to the satisfaction of a performance condition based on earnings per share for the financial year ending 30 April 2029. Details of the performance conditions are included in the Company's Directors' Remuneration Report for the year ended 30 April 2026.

Shares acquired by the Executive Directors pursuant to their awards (other than any sold to cover tax liabilities) will ordinarily be subject to a further two-year holding period following vesting.

Share awards were also granted to 28 other employees under the Company's share incentive arrangements.
