Balfour Beatty plc ('Balfour Beatty') today received notice that Royal &
SunAlliance Insurance Group plc have increased their notifiable interest in
the ordinary share capital of the Company and now hold 16,817,809 ordinary
shares, representing 4.06% of the issued ordinary share capital of the
Company.
