In accordance with LR 6.4.6R (2), Balfour Beatty plc, the international infrastructure group, announces that Barbara Moorhouse will step down as a Non-executive Director of the Company on 31 May 2026 after nine years with the Company.

Charles Allen, Lord Allen of Kensington, CBE, Balfour Beatty Group Chair said: " On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Barbara for her outstanding contribution to Balfour Beatty over the past nine years. Barbara has brought great insight, rigour and sound judgement to her role, and her service on the Audit and Risk, Remuneration and Nomination Committees has been highly valued.
