BAE Systems plc (the "Company") announces that its 2025 Annual Report has been published today and can be accessed at: https://annualreport.baesystems.com/2025. This follows the publication of the Company's Preliminary Results Announcement for the year ended 31 December 2025 on 18 February 2026, which can be accessed at: https://investors.baesystems.com/results-centre.

In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.1R, a copy of the Company's 2025 Annual Report will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism today and will be shortly available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

As part of the mailing of the Company's 2026 Notice of Annual General Meeting, the Company's 2025 Annual Report will be posted to those shareholders who have previously requested paper copies.

This announcement is made in accordance with DTR 6.3.5R(1A).
