B90 Holdings plc (AIM: B90), an online marketing company for the gaming industry, announces the purchase by Andrew McIver, Non-Executive Director of the Company, of 480,954 shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

Following the purchase, Mr McIver is interested in 1,286,509 Ordinary Shares representing 0.29 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
