The following amendments have been made to the ‘PDMR and Director Dealings' announcement released on 24 April 2025 at 09:59:36 under RNS No 0494G (“Announcement”).

 

In addition to the shares announced as purchased on 7 April 2025 by Mr. Nicholas Carter, Non-Executive Director, the Company was notified on 22 September 2026 that, also on 7 April 2025, he purchased a further 1,519 shares, with a consequential increase to his aggregate beneficial interests in shares at that date.

 

The Company also confirms that, as at today’s date, Mr Carter has a beneficial interest in 46.693 shares (including 6,695 shares owned by his wife, Fiona Carter), representing in aggregate 0.13% of the total voting rights of the Company.

B.P. Marsh (AIM: BPM), the specialist investor in early-stage financial services businesses, announces that it has been notified that Mr. Nicholas Carter, Non-Executive Director, has traded in the ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

 

Mr. Nicholas Carter purchased 1,567 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 637.2p per share and a further 1,519 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 657.2p per share, on 7 April 2025. His wife, Fiona Carter, purchased 312 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 636.4p per share, also on 7 April 2025.

 

As a result of these transactions, Mr. Carter has a beneficial interest in 40,781 Ordinary Shares (including 6,695 shares owned by his wife, Fiona Carter), representing in aggregate 0.11% of the total voting rights of the Company.
