We are pleased to inform you that the Bank has allotted 116,524 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank on July 21, 2026, pursuant to exercise of stock options / units under its ESOP / RSU Scheme.

The paid-up share capital of the Bank has accordingly increased from Rs.6,221,933,342 (3,110,966,671 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 6,222,166,390 (3,111,083,195 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
