We refer to our earlier disclosure letter dated October 26, 2024 in relation to the Show Cause Notice ("SCN") received by Axis Bank Limited ("Axis Bank"), and its subsidiaries, Axis Securities Limited ("ASL") and Axis Capital Limited ("ACL"), through email from the Securities and Exchange Board of India ("SEBI") on October 25, 2024.

We now wish to inform that the Ld. Whole Time Member of SEBI has issued a Final Order No: WTM/AS/CFID/CFID-CORD/32677/2026-27 dated August 24, 2026 disposing off all proceedings against inter alia Axis Bank, ASL and ACL without issuance of any direction or imposition of any penalty.
