Avon Technologies plc announces that on 19 January 2026, ordinary shares of £1 each were acquired by Jos Sclater, a PDMR, pursuant to an award held under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan that vested on 19 January 2026. The Award vested at 50% based on the final assessment of the Award's performance conditions.

Set out below are the number of shares acquired by Jos Sclater together with the number of such shares sold on the same date and the number of shares retained following the sale.
