Aviva plc (the "Company") announces today that, acting through its corporate stockbroker, Citigroup Global Markets Limited (the "Broker"), it has purchased for cancellation the following number of the Company's ordinary shares of 3217/19 pence each.

Highest price paid per share (GBp):

Volume-weighted average price paid per share (GBp):

The Company intends to cancel the purchased ordinary shares.

These share purchases form part of the Company's existing buy-back programme and were effected pursuant to the non-discretionary agreement entered into with the Broker, as announced on 05 March 2026.

Following the cancellation of the repurchased ordinary shares, the Company will have 3,050,244,929 issued ordinary shares of 3217/19 pence each admitted to trading. Each ordinary share carries the right to one vote in relation to all circumstances at general meetings of the Company. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.

The above figure (3,050,244,929) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
