Admission to trading of Aviva plc's €575,000,000 Tier 2 Fixed to Floating Rate Notes due November 2057

Aviva plc's (the "Company") €575,000,000 Tier 2 Fixed to Floating Rate Notes due November 2057 (ISIN: XS3318828012) (the "Notes") have been admitted to the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority (the "FCA") and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange on 28 May 2026.

The Notes were issued by the Company under its £7,000,000,000 Euro Note Programme (the "Programme") updated on 11 March 2026. The Final Terms are available for viewing at http://www.rns-pdf.londonstockexchange.com/rns/1087G_3-2026-5-28.pdf.
