The Company announces that on 27 March 2026 it bought back 350,000 Ordinary shares of 2p each in the capital of the Company (SEDOL: BLH3CY6 / ISIN: GB00BLH3CY60), representing approximately 0.082% of the issued Ordinary share capital, at a price of 240.69 pence per Ordinary share (lowest price per share 239.50 pence, highest price per share 241.50 pence). The Ordinary shares bought back will be cancelled.
