The Company announces that on 11 March 2026 it bought back 75,000 Ordinary shares of 2p each in the capital of the Company (SEDOL: BLH3CY6 / ISIN: GB00BLH3CY60), representing approximately 0.018% of the issued Ordinary share capital, at a price of 252.66  pence per Ordinary share (lowest price per share 252.00 pence, highest price per share 253.00 pence). The Ordinary shares bought back will be cancelled.

 

Following cancellation the Ordinary shares in issue, shares held in treasury, and the Total Voting Rights of the Company will be as follows:
