Buy-back of own securities

 

The Company announces that on 14 March 2022, it bought back 41,270 Ordinary shares of 2p each in the capital of the Company (SEDOL: BLH3CY6 / ISIN: GB00BLH3CY60), representing approximately 0.007% of the issued Ordinary share capital, at a price of 184 pence per Ordinary share. The Ordinary shares bought back will be cancelled.

 

As a result of the above transaction the Ordinary shares in issue, shares held in treasury, and the Total Voting Rights of the Company are now as follows:
