                            Final Dividend Payment Timetable and results of AGM

The Directors are pleased to advise that all resolutions were passed at the Company's AGM held today.

In  respect  to  the dividend, Securityholders should be aware that the details for the Final  Dividend  in
respect to the year ended 30th of June 2009 are:

Payment Date        -         25th January 2010
Record Date         -         13th January 2010
Ex-Dividend Date    -         11th January 2010

Amount per share    -         0.5p per ordinary share

The Company's share registrar, Computershare, will manage the dividend process.

This announcement of the Record Date of the 13th of January 2010 supersedes all previous communications.
