DIVIDEND CURRENCY EXCHANGE RATE
Avation PLC (LSE: AVAP, Avation or "the Company"), the commercial passenger aircraft leasing company confirms the sterling equivalent of the interim dividend announced 30 September 2026.
US dollar dividend - US 1.5 US cents per share
Exchange rate - 0.746029 per US $1.00
Shareholders who have submitted a valid currency election to receive dividend payments in US dollars will receive 1.5 US cent per share.
Unless they have elected otherwise, shareholders will receive a dividend payment of 1.11904 pence per share.
The dividend will be paid on 10 November 2026 to shareholders of record as of 23 October 2026.
