Avation  PLC,  the commercial aircraft leasing company, has appointed Merrill Lynch  International
(Australia) Ltd to provide Avation PLC with capital structuring services in relation to the recent
announcement  by  Avation PLC regarding the strategic alliance between Skywest  Airlines  Ltd  and
Virgin Blue Holdings announced on 10 January 2011.
