Annual Financial Report and Notice of AGM

Autotrader Group plc (LSE: AUTO, "Autotrader" or the "Company"), the UK's largest digital automotive marketplace, has posted its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2026 (the "Annual Report") to shareholders.

The Company also announces that its 2026 Annual General Meeting will be held at 11:00am on Thursday 16^th July, at the Company's registered office: No.3 Circle Square, 3 Hawkshaw Street, Manchester, M17 1BL, United Kingdom. Shareholder participation and engagement is important to Autotrader. The Company encourages voting by proxy or sending any questions in advance to [e-mail].
