Investor Engagement Update, including Investor Presentation via Investor Meet Company

Autins Group plc (AIM: AUTG), the UK and European automotive acoustic and thermal insulation specialist, is pleased to announce that it has appointed Nick Dashwood Brown as its Consultant Head of Investor Relations as part of its ongoing commitment to improving shareholder engagement and communication.

Nick has ten years' experience in Investor Relations ("IR") for AIM-listed companies, and was most recently Head of IR at Anexo Group plc. He previously had a lengthy career in investment banking, holding senior positions in sales, trading and corporate broking at, among others, Instinet and Evolution Group plc. He now provides IR services to a number of listed and unlisted companies.

The Group is also pleased to announce that it has engaged Investor Meet Company ("IMC") to assist with its corporate communications. The Group will utilise the IMC platform to provide existing and prospective investors with direct access to management presentations, updates and interactive Q&A sessions.

The Group has developed a refreshed investor section on its corporate website, which is intended to provide improved access to Group information, strategy, governance and investor materials.

The Board believes these initiatives will help enhance communication with shareholders and improve accessibility for the wider investment community as the Group continues to progress through the "Thrive" phase of its strategy.

Our first IMC presentation will take place Monday 29 June 2026 at 11:30am BST where we will be presenting our FY26 Full year results.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted pre-event via the IMC dashboard up until 29 June 2026, 09:00am BST, or at any time during the live presentation.
