Autins Group plc (AIM: AUTG), the UK and European automotive acoustic and thermal insulation specialist, advises that on 3 July 2026, it received notification of purchases of ordinary shares of two pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") by the following persons discharging managerial responsibilities:

·    Andy Bloomer Chief Executive Officer, purchased 67,885 Ordinary Shares; and

·    Des Dimitrov, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 39,444 Ordinary Shares.

These transactions were each completed on 3 July 2026 at a price of 15.3727 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following these transactions, Andy Bloomer's and Des Dimitrov's resultant interests in the issued share capital of the Company have increased to 0.12% and 0.07% respectively.
