Aura Energy Limited (ASX: AEE, AIM: AURA) ('Aura' or the 'Company') is pleased to advise the appointment of Mrs Mindy Ku as Company Secretary of the Company on 22 December 2025.
Mrs Mindy Ku holds a Bachelor of Science in Computing from the University of Greenwich, United Kingdom, is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and a member of CPA, Australia.
Mrs Ku has over 20 years' Australian and international experience in governance, compliance reporting, board reporting and company secretarial services in Australia and other jurisdictions. Mrs Ku currently consults on company secretarial, governance, and financial matters to a number of listed and unlisted public companies.
Mr Ross Kennedy who has served as Company Secretary of Aura will retire effective from 22 December 2025. The Company would like to thank Mr Kennedy for his contributions to the Company and wish him well in his retirement.
