Outcome of Court Hearing on Reduction of Capital

The Company announces that the proposed cancellation of the Company's share premium account (the "Capital Reduction"), details of which were set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting published on 10 December 2025 and which was approved by shareholders on 22 January 2026, was approved yesterday by the High Court of Justice of England and Wales (the "Court").

The Court order approving the Capital Reduction and a statement of capital approved by the Court in connection therewith will be sent to the Registrar of Companies shortly. The Capital Reduction will become effective upon the registration of the Court order and associated statement of capital by the Registrar of Companies.
