The Board of ATC Music Group Plc (AIM: ATC), the independent music company providing an end-to-end music services platform spanning talent management, live touring, merchandising, e-commerce and digital engagement, is pleased to confirm that at the Company's annual general meeting ("AGM"), held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed. Details of the proxy votes received from shareholders prior to the AGM are set out in the table below.
