Admission of Shares
The Company announces that on 29 April 2026, 207,608 new ordinary shares of 3.5p in the Company ("Shares") were issued under the Company's block listing authority to satisfy the vesting of awards under the ASOS plc Long Term Incentive Scheme ("ALTIS") on 29 April 2025. The Shares have been admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange and rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
The following information is disclosed in accordance with the Prospectus Rules: Admission to Trading on a Regulated Market (PRM) 1.6.4R.

Total Voting Rights
For the purposes of Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company notifies the market of the following:
As at 1 May 2026, the Company's issued and fully paid share capital consists of 119,821,456 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 3.5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), with one voting right per share. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 119,821,456.
The above figure of 119,821,456 should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the FCA Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
