Special Dividend - Shareholder Payment Instructions

Further to the Company's recent announcement on 9 September 2026 of the special dividend, Asiamet provides the following information to assist shareholders in relation to receipt of the dividend.

Shareholders holding shares through a broker or nominee:

Shareholders who hold their shares through a broker, investment platform or other nominee do not need to complete the Dividend Mandate Form issued by Computershare Investor Services (Jersey) Limited ("Computershare").

The dividend will be paid through the CREST or nominee arrangements applicable to their holding, with the relevant broker or nominee responsible for onward payment to the underlying shareholder.

Shareholders in this category should contact their broker, investment platform or nominee directly if they have any questions regarding receipt of the dividend, including the timing, currency or payment method applicable to their account.

Shareholders holding share certificates:

The Dividend Mandate Form and related correspondence issued by Computershare was sent only to shareholders holding their shares in certificated form, as the form is relevant only to those shareholders.

Computershare has previously written to these shareholders requesting payment instructions. Shareholders who wish to receive any payment in British Pounds (GBP) directly to a nominated UK bank account should complete and return the UK Bank Mandate Form.

Shareholders who wish to receive payment to an international bank account should register for, or log in to, Investor Centre at www.investorcentre.co.uk and submit their International Payment Instruction online. Shareholders may also add their email address when registered.

Payment instructions should be provided to Computershare by 18 September 2026. If no payment instructions are held, a GBP cheque will be sent to the shareholder's registered address.

Certificated shareholders who:

·      have not received or can no longer locate their Dividend Mandate Form;

·      have changed address and have not updated their registered address; or
