Special Dividend - GBP/USD Exchange Rate
Asiamet Resources Limited (AIM: ARS) refers to the Company announcement dated 9 September 2026 regarding the payment of a special cash dividend (the "Special Dividend") to be distributed to shareholders in Great British Pounds (GBP).
The Company confirms that the USD 93.0 million Special Dividend funds have been converted into GBP at an exchange rate of GBP/USD 1.3462. Accordingly, a total of approximately £69.1 million will be distributed to shareholders under the Special Dividend, which will be paid on 29 September 2026 in accordance with the timetable previously announced.
