Asia Strategic Holdings Ltd. (LSE: ASIA), the independent developer and manager of consumer businesses located in emerging Asia, is pleased to announce that at the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.

 

Following the passing of certain of the resolutions, and further to the Company's announcement of 2 March 2026, the Company can confirm that Ranieri Sabatucci has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, while Christopher Clarke has finished his tenure as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, both effective as of today.
