Ashtead Technology Holdings plc (LSE: AT.), a leading provider of subsea technology solutions to the global offshore energy sector, confirms that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025 ('2025 Annual Report') and Notice of Annual General Meeting ('AGM') are available on the Company's website, www.ashtead-technology.com and will shortly be posted to shareholders.

In compliance with UKLR 6.4.1R, the Company will submit to the National Storage Mechanism copies of its 2025 Annual Report and Notice of AGM, which will be shortly available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

The AGM will take place at White & Case LLP, 5 Old Broad Street, London, EC2N 1DW on Thursday, 21 May 2026 at 10.00 a.m.
