Aseana Properties Limited (LSE: ASPL), a property developer in Malaysia listed on the main market of the London Stock Exchange, announces the result of its General Meeting, held earlier today, 11 December 2025. The Resolution in respect of the Rule 9 Waiver was passed with the requisite majority. The voting was as follows:

Accordingly, following the passing of the Resolution at the General Meeting, the Rule 9 Waiver is approved and the Company has raised gross proceeds of approximately $3.86 million via the Subscription with Neuchatel Investment Holdings Limited, at the Issue Price of US$0.08 per Ordinary Share, details of which were announced on 26 November 2025.

 

The allotment and issuance of the Subscription Shares will take place within 10 business days and the Company will make a further announcement with regards to the Subscription at the appropriate time.
